Whitehaven Beach - Whitehaven Beach is definitely one of Australia’s most popular beaches, known world-wide for its pure white silica sands. Ranked as one of the top beaches in the world, this is a must see in the Whitsundays. It is also home to Hill Inlet Lookout, which is known for it's amazing views of Whitehaven's ever changing swirling sands.
Horseshoe Bay - Horseshoe Bay is located in Bowen on the north-east tip of Cape Edgecumbe. It has white sandy beaches bordered by granite headlands, making it a great place for relaxing and hanging out. It’s perfect for swimming and picnicking, and is popular with both tourist and locals.
Hydeaway Bay - Located in the northern end of the Whitsundays, Hydeaway Bay is quiet and secluded, making it perfect for a beach escape. There are also several resorts and accommodation in the area.
Catseye Beach - Located on the beautiful Hamilton Island, Catseye Beach is the perfect spot for swimming and relaxing in the lap of luxury. It is centrally located on the island and is a great place for snorkelling and spotting turtles.
Chalkies - Located just across from Whitehaven Beach, Chalkies also boasts the same stunning white sands of that are seen on Whitehaven's shores. It’s great for snorkelling and swimming, with beautiful coral gardens and warm tropical waters and is away from the crowds.
