Modern Family cast - Hayman Island

  • The entire Modern Family cast and crew flew to Hayman Island to film their “Australian Vacation” episode in 2014 before the resort reopened after its makeover

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie - Airlie Beach

  • Brangelina were spotted heading to dinner in Airlie Beach in 2014 while Jolie was directing the film Unbroken. They even stopped to shake hands with some fans!

  • Oprah visited the island in 2010 during her Ultimate Australian Adventure. She visited Wildlife Hamilton Island to cuddle a koala and also hosted a dinner on Whitehaven Beach, featuring chef Curtis Stone. 

Collette Dinnigan - Hamilton Island

  • The designer appropriately presented her 2014 resort collection at a show on the island in 2013.
